Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality new and used home appliances that meet your expectations in both performance and reliability. To ensure a secure and confident shopping experience, we have established a clear and transparent Refund, Returns, and Warranty Policy.
1. Return & Refund Policy (30 Days)
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in good working condition and free from additional damage.
The appliance must be in the same condition you received it.
All included accessories (cables, shelves, trays, manuals, etc.) must be returned.
A valid receipt or order number is required.
Items returned after 30 days fall under our 12-month warranty conditions.
Please do NOT return any items to the manufacturer. All returns must go through us.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and industry reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
A. Product Type Restrictions
Gift cards
Digital/downloadable products
Personal-care, hygiene, or sealed items that have been opened
B. “As-Is” or “Final Sale” Appliances
Items clearly marked as:
“As-Is”
“No Refund”
“Clearance”
These are sold at reduced prices and are not eligible for return or refund.
However, they may still qualify for warranty repair depending on the condition noted at purchase.
3. Appliances Not Eligible for Return After Use
For health & safety reasons and due to the nature of our products, the following appliances cannot be returned once used, unless they fail under warranty:
Refrigerators & freezers
Washing machines & dryers
Air conditioners
Ovens, microwaves & cookers
Dishwashers
Water heaters
Any appliance that has been installed, connected, or used
Used appliances may be returned within 30 days only if there is a functional defect that was not disclosed at purchase.
4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
A partial refund may be granted if:
The appliance shows signs of use not reported during return.
The original packaging, accessories, or parts are missing.
The product is damaged by the customer after delivery.
The return request is made after the 30-day window (subject to approval).
The amount of the partial refund is determined after inspection.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will receive an email confirming item receipt.
We will inform you of approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund times vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If you have not received your refund after processing, please:
Check your bank account again
Contact your card provider
Contact your bank
Then contact us if the issue persists
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or are covered by warranty.
To request an exchange:

If the exact model is unavailable, a similar or upgraded model may be provided.
7. 12-Month Warranty Coverage (New & Used Appliances)
All appliances sold by us include a full 12-month warranty, covering:
What the Warranty Covers
Mechanical & electrical failures
Factory defects
Internal component malfunction
Performance issues under normal use
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Damage from misuse, improper installation, or neglect
Water damage
Fire, accidents, or power surges
Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, cracks)
Unauthorized repairs or tampering
Damage caused by unstable electrical supply / wrong voltage
Consumable parts (filters, light bulbs, hoses, fuses, belts, etc.)
Warranty Solutions
Depending on the issue, we may provide:
✔ Free repair
✔ Replacement of faulty parts
✔ Full unit replacement
✔ Store credit if repair/replacement is not possible
Warranty claims require:
The appliance
Purchase receipt or order number
A description of the issue
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
For large appliances, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping method.
We are not responsible for items not received.
9. Return of High-Value or Heavy Appliances
For refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, dryers, etc.:
Ensure proper packaging to prevent transport damage.
Consider scheduling a pickup through a trusted transport company (fees apply).
Inspect the product upon delivery to report visible damages immediately.
