The delivery agent will leave parts (ex. Associated Gas Lines, Waterlines) in your home when the initial delivery takes place. For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT: Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc. Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
